The purpose of these terms and conditions is to ensure the comfort and safety of our cooperation. They are a set of rules that I work by. This way, you know what to expect.

General information

  1. I am a psychotherapist and facilitator working under the authority of the Polish Society for Process Psychology, under constant supervision and in accordance with the Society's Code of Ethics.

  2. I offer individual, relationship (for couples, friends, parents, and children), family, and group sessions. I also conduct workshops and group classes for individuals and organizations.

  3. The duration and cost of the session are published on this website.

Purpose and nature of cooperation

  1. I work using the Process-Oriented Psychology (process work) method. Its aim is to increase the client's awareness of what is happening in their life and to support them in coping with difficulties on their own. Each time, you decide what changes you are ready to make in your life.

  2. Therapeutic work involves exploring signals from the body, emotions, relationships, dreams, and other manifestations of the mental process that may provide information about the direction of individual development.

  3. The goal of therapy is to support understanding of difficulties and independent discovery of appropriate solutions.

  4. Our cooperation is based on dialogue, confidentiality, and respect for autonomy. It is a voluntary process and requires commitment from both sides.

  5. If you have any questions about how we work at any point during our collaboration, please let me know. We’ll discuss and clarify everything to ensure that our collaboration proceeds safely for you.

  6. All meetings are completely confidential. Information provided during the meeting is not disclosed to third parties, except in situations provided for by applicable law. This data is not disclosed to third parties, except in situations provided for by applicable law. Information from the session may be discussed during supervision, always in a manner that prevents the client from being identified.

  2. You can also book a session by calling the phone number listed on this page. You will receive a confirmation of your booking via text message to the phone number you provided.

  3. Regardless of how you schedule your appointment, it is not confirmed until payment has been made.

  4. You can pay using the online payment options offered by Your Psychologist and Znany Lekarz, as well as via Blik.

  5. Failure to pay the session fee by the deadline specified at the time of booking will result in the cancellation of the session.

  6. If you do not receive a booking confirmation, it means that the session has not been booked.

Cancellation and rescheduling of sessions, punctuality

  1. You can cancel a booked and paid session free of charge up to 48 hours before it starts.

  2. If you cancel later or do not show up for the session, the fee for that session will be charged in full.

  3. In unforeseen circumstances, such as illness, you may reschedule your booked session once. Please contact me so I can suggest an alternative date.

  4. If you do not show up within 15 minutes after the start of the session, without any information from you, I will consider the session to be canceled in accordance with the above-described rules for canceling visits (points 1 and 2).

  5. If I need to cancel a session, I will inform you and suggest the earliest possible date that is convenient for you.

Other rules regarding cooperation

  1. For organizational matters, such as selecting or changing the date, please contact me by text message at the number provided on the website.

  2. All therapeutic issues are best discussed during sessions.

  3. You can terminate the cooperation at any time. However, I encourage you to discuss the termination during a session so that we can ensure a safe conclusion to the process.

Therapeutic meetings with minors

  1. Therapeutic cooperation with minors is only possible with the consent of their parents/legal guardians.

  2. In the case of minors over the age of 16, their own consent to participate in therapy is also required.

  3. In a situation where a minor undergoing therapy is raised by one parent/guardian, and the other parent/guardian has full parental rights, the parent/guardian providing current care is obliged to inform the other parent/guardian about the commencement of therapy and to enable them to contact the therapist.

  4. The parent/guardian undertakes to respect the minor participant's right to keep information about the course of the sessions confidential and to allow them the space to decide for themselves whether and what information they wish to share.

  5. If necessary, I meet with parents/guardians for consultations arranged according to an individual schedule. The purpose of these meetings is to discuss the understanding of reported difficulties, observed changes in functioning, and any issues of concern to parents/guardians. I am not obliged to keep information about the therapy participant obtained from parents/guardians confidential if I believe that its disclosure may contribute to the effectiveness of the therapy.

  6. The parent/guardian agrees to consult with appropriate specialists (e.g., a psychiatrist) together with the minor participant in therapy if I indicate such a need. If such consultations took place before the start of therapy, the parents/guardians agree to my telephone consultations with the doctor in order to exchange information about the symptoms and jointly seek the most effective forms of treatment.

  7. If a parent/guardian decides to discontinue therapy, regardless of the reason, they undertake to inform the therapist and allow the minor participant in therapy to attend the last session. The therapeutic process is highly emotionally engaging and should not be terminated without the possibility of closure.
