Sebastian Piechocki

facilitator, process worker, consultant, psychotherapist

Are you facing a situation that is difficult to deal with on your own? Have you encountered difficulties that seem impossible to solve? Are you struggling with emotions, trauma, stressful situations, or relationship difficulties? Are you looking for support? Do you need to change something in your life? Or maybe you just want to work on yourself and develop?

Make an appointment and let's take a look at what is really important to you. My job is to help you discover your full potential and take you to a place where change will happen. The change you need.

Individual therapy and personal development

Whatever happens in your life, whatever you are facing right now, it is your personal journey. My goal is to help you find your own path and way to shape a life that will be fulfilling for you.

I accompany you in examining difficulties, conflicts, and challenging events, and in finding your own ways of dealing with them. I support you in moments when you feel stuck, helping you regain agency and contact with yourself. Together, we develop creativity, deepen self-awareness, and learn to better understand the signals coming from the body's symptoms. I also create a safe space to discover the meaning of dreams and explore different states of consciousness.

I work with people from different backgrounds, who are at different stages of awareness and at different points in their life journeys. With people of all genders, sexual orientations, races, and religions.

Couples therapy, marriage therapy, family therapy

Regardless of the type of relationship, there are difficult moments in each one. I support you in looking at what is happening between you. In carefully discovering each other's needs, emotions, and the dynamics of events that affect your closeness. Together, we examine where this relationship is taking you and look for ways to transform it in the way you need. I create a space where everyone can be heard and encourage you to learn from each other.

I support all kinds of relationships: marriages, civil partnerships, heterosexual relationships, LGBTQ relationships, monogamous relationships, polyamorous relationships, as well as parental relationships, including entire families, friendships, and professional relationships.

Group facilitation and organization support

Every group needs support from time to time to function more efficiently and with greater awareness. Whether it is an organization, a company, a team, or a sports team, each of them experiences conflicts and challenges related to communication, roles and privileges, power and sensitivity, trust, or abuse. I accompany groups in examining these areas and resolving difficulties that hinder their daily operations. My approach is based on attentiveness to each person and each voice in order to create space for building deep, authentic relationships and greater cohesion within the team.

I also support team managers and those preparing for this role by offering training and development processes in leadership and management.

Process-oriented therapy is looking at all your life experiences. The big ones and the small ones. The subtle and the dramatic. The beautiful and the difficult. Because they are all part of your process - part of you.

Process psychology, psychotherapy

The primary method I use in my work isprocess work, based on the psychology of C.G. Jung. Process-oriented therapy involves carefully examining all of your life experiences, because each one is part of your personal journey. I understand psychotherapy literally – as support and care for the soul, mind, and personality. Guided by this approach, I do not work according to a predetermined pattern, I do not have ready-made assumptions or universal solutions. I do not judge or pathologize. I do not assume that I know better what is right and what is wrong. I believe that everyone knows much more about themselves than I do and is well aware of what they need. My role is to help you discover your full potential.

During the session, I mainly listen and ask questions. Sometimes we laugh together, and sometimes we feel sad. We can also sit in silence together. I may also ask you to draw something or stand up and focus on movement, pay attention to your physical experiences, or play a role. Sometimes I will invite you to turn your attention inward. We will immerse ourselves in the less rational realm of dreams and encounter those parts of yourself that you know less well, or perhaps didn't even know you had. One thing is certain, it won't be boring. These creative and sometimes meditative ways of working help you find your deepest self and support you in creating your own path in life.
