I am a dreamer who wants to live in a world where a broad view of all issues is more important than the beliefs of those who know better what is right and wrong.I want to live in a world where differences and diversity are valued, where there is room for all experiences and where people are not divided into better and worse, normal and abnormal.
Like many people, I have faced difficult situations, abuse and exclusion in my life. I have often seen myself as an outsider. Wanting to know more about myself, I discovered process-oriented psychology. Through work on myself, the sum total of my own life experiences, and training in psychotherapy, I found myself in a place where I could support others to make changes that would allow them to better manage their lives.
I am a graduate of the University of Szczecin, I am authorized to conduct individual and group psychotherapy. I work under supervision. The basic method of my work is Process Psychology (Processwork) based on the psychology of C.G Jung. In addition, I also use the NVC (Nonviolent Communication) approach, which is excellent for creating good, open and mutually respectful communication. At work, I am first and foremost a facilitator (Latin: facile - easy), that is, one who facilitates. I continue my professional development as a therapist at the Study of Process Psychology in Warsaw and the Process Work Institute in Portland (USA).
On a daily basis, I try to follow what I want to happen, learning to accept everything and to create what I would like to happen, seeking a balance between one and the other.
