Psychotherapist Szczecin Sebastian Piechocki description

I am a graduate of the University of Szczecin, a psychotherapist, and a facilitator. I am certified by the Polish Society for Process Psychology to conduct individual and group psychotherapy. I work under constant supervision and in accordance with the ethical code of this society.

My work is based on Process Psychology, which derives from the psychology of Carl Gustav Jung. I also use the NVC (Nonviolent Communication) approach, which supports the development of open communication based on mutual respect. In my work, I am primarily a facilitator (Latin: facile - easy), whose task is to facilitate.

For me, working with process means constantly following the nature of things and the flow of change. That is why I am constantly developing personally and professionally at: Studium Psychologii Procesu (Warsaw), Process Work Institute (Portland, USA), as well as learning directly from Polish and foreign teachers. Since 2025, I have been a member of the board of the Polish Society for Process Psychology.

Privately, I am a dreamer who wants to live in a world where a broad view of things is more important than the beliefs of those who know better what is good and what is bad. In a world where differences and diversity are valued, where there is room for all experiences, and where people are not divided into better and worse, "normal" and "abnormal".

Like many people, I have experienced difficult situations, abuse, and exclusion in my life. I have often seen myself as an outsider. In search of a deeper understanding of myself, I discovered process psychology. Thanks to my own personal development work, life experiences, and psychotherapy training, I have reached a place where I can support others in going through changes and consciously shaping their lives.

Every day, I try to follow what wants to happen, learning to accept what comes and co-create what I want to happen — seeking a balance between the two.
