  3. The bookero.pl reservation system ("data operator") collects data such as: first name, last name, email address, phone number, selected date, and payment status.

Purposes of data processing

  1. Personal data collected during the appointment booking process is processed solely for the purposes of booking, contacting, organizing, and billing for therapy sessions.

  2. The data collected during psychotherapy is used to conduct it effectively.

  3. Data collected using cookies (after consent has been given) is used to improve the functioning of the website.

Data storage and security

  1. Data related to booking appointments via bookero.pl is stored in this system in accordance with applicable data protection regulations (GDPR).

  2. Data stored outside the bookero.pl system is located on devices secured with passwords and encryption.

  3. Notes taken during therapy sessions are kept in a manner that prevents the identification of the client.

Data sharing

  1. Personal and clinical data may be disclosed to third parties only when: required by law (e.g., court order), there is a risk of serious harm or danger to life, or discussed in the context of supervision (always in a manner that prevents identification of the person).

Right of access to data

  1. You have the right to access your data, delete it, restrict its processing, withdraw your consent to its processing, and object to it at any time.

Cookies

  1. The website uses cookies to ensure the proper functioning of the service, as well as (only after obtaining the user's consent) for analytical purposes.
